The Monster’s Inc. DVD comes with a swanky pinball game that works in OSX!

Having spent a couple of hours de-gunking the Raleigh’s drivetrain, I try to keep the chain clean, certainly cleaner than I ever have with a mountain bike. This makes shifting much more pleasant, even with the old friction shifters. Rode out to soccer practice, to Jose’s, and home the other evening, which was about 8 miles. I can keep up with traffic fairly well, and on one stretch drafted a minivan for about a mile at what had to be 30 mph! The lady kept looking at me in her rearview mirror, trying to figure out how I was keeping up, I guess, or if I were somehow tethered to her bumper . . .
I’ve been looking at Brooks saddles (wallbike.com’s page). This kind of piecemeal shopping will likely drive me to build my own bike, I think.
