Coffee mixes badly with certain genes

Wednesday, March 8th, 2006

Gym etiquette

Tuesday, March 7th, 2006

My biggest complaint at the gym are the jackasses who think they need to do situps or stretches in the sauna. Here in Fayetteville, there isn’t much choice in athletic clubs, and it shows. Although the facilities at our club are “OK,” the maintenance is generally poor, with machines frequently out of order and smelly locker rooms. Until a national full-service chain comes into town, this probably won’t change (and I’m not talking about a giant weight room).

NWAnews.com: Mention gym etiquette and you strike a nerve, a long-suffering one. It seems bad behavior is all around the gym — and is bad enough to generate willing tattlers.
