I ordered some swanky super-discount headphones a week ago. They have really increased my enjoyment of music. I think computers, iTunes, iPods, etc., have really degraded the way we experience music, pushing quantity over quality. I’m not an audiophile, so I won’t quibble over the relative merits of bitrates or compression. However, cheap earbuds and PC speakers definitely make music sound chintzy. Upgrade for yourself and see!
